Freight Broker (Experienced)

Accepting Applications for - Freight Broker / TL / Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and onboarding clients to negotiating rates and ensuring successful freight delivery.
• Source and secure carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Handle rate negotiations, load tracking, and customer updates throughout the shipping process.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, FMCSA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Use TMS software to manage loads, documentation, and invoicing efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience as a Freight Broker / Logistics Account Executive/ TL/ Operations Executive in U.S. trucking or 3PL environment.
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing accounts.
• Existing carrier and shipper relationships preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills.
• Familiarity with TMS systems and freight-matching platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
