Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Broker to join our US operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing freight orders by directly engaging with shippers and clients, building long-term relationships, and offering customized logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact shippers and customers to secure freight loads.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Assess client shipping needs and provide effective, customized freight solutions.
• Negotiate rates and terms to optimize profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and fully compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Level.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in freight sales or the logistics industry.
• Solid understanding of the international freight and logistics landscape.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
