Freight Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator – Box Truck Operations

20Degrees Logistics is expanding and seeking an experienced Freight Dispatcher who can consistently secure and manage profitable loads for 12ft and 17ft box trucks. This is a performance-driven role for someone who already understands load boards, broker communication, and rate negotiation.

We are operating under new authority and actively building lanes through our partnership with Ingram Enterprise LLC, creating opportunities for consistent freight and long-term growth. We need someone who can step in and produce immediately.

Responsibilities:

Secure daily loads using DAT, Sylectus, and similar platforms; negotiate strong rates with brokers; minimize deadhead; plan efficient routes; keep trucks moving consistently; send and manage rate confirmations; maintain clear, professional communication.

Requirements:

Proven experience dispatching box trucks or similar equipment; strong broker negotiation skills; familiarity working with new authorities; ability to independently source and secure loads without supervision; highly responsive and results-driven.

Compensation:

10%-15% per load booked; weekly pay based on performance; bonus opportunities tied to weekly revenue and consistency.

Important:

This is not a training position. You must already know how to find and book loads. If you cannot keep trucks consistently moving, this role will not be a fit.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
