DRISHYA Shipping & Logistics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market visits
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution
- Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Logistics / Supply Chain / Business preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics sales
- Good understanding of import–export logistics, Incoterms, and freight modes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools is an advantage
