We’re Hiring: Freight Forwarder (GLA Portal Specialist)

AL-HAMZA MARITIME expanding our logistics operations and looking for a results-driven Freight Forwarder with expertise in the GLA Portal and hands-on experience in import & export freight forwarding.

Eligibility & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)

· Minimum 6 months to 1 years of practical experience on GLA Portal

· 2 years of overall experience in Freight Forwarding

· Familiar with Pakistan & GCC import/export operations

· Strong email communication & client coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling import & export bookings (air & sea)

· Managing nominations and coordination with overseas agents

· Processing shipments and documentation through the GLA Portal

· Maintaining professional email communication with clients, shipping lines, and agents

· Ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth shipment execution

Skill Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
