Freight Forwarding & CHA Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road) with proven leadership and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, train, and manage the sales/business development team
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Oversee pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
