Freight Forwarding Operations Executive / Operations Staff

We Solar Line Logistics looking for a Freight Forwarding Operations Staff to handle daily logistics and shipment coordination activities in our Doha Office . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, strong coordination skills, and good knowledge of import/export procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle air, sea, and road freight operations (import & export)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clearing agents
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
• Track shipments and update clients on delivery status
• Coordinate with customs clearance teams and ensure timely clearance
• Handle rate requests, quotations, and job files
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations
• Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations
• Ready To Move To Qatar(Visa Will be Provided )
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures
• Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Road Freight
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Experience with freight management systems is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
