Freight Forwarding & Customs Operations Executive

We are a growing freight forwarding and logistics company based in Dubai, looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Executive to join our team.

We are a small and supportive company, offering a stable and friendly working environment where employees can grow and develop within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing freight quotations and pricing for clients and overseas agents
• Coordinating air, sea, and land shipments
• Handling daily freight forwarding operations
• Managing shipment documentation (BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Communication with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and clients
• Knowledge and coordination of customs clearance procedures in Dubai

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and Incoterms
• Ability to prepare freight quotations independently
• Good communication skills with clients and international agents
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
