Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Ocean, Air & Project Cargo

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth, business development, and market expansion for Sinotrans’ freight forwarding services (ocean, air & project cargo). The role includes client acquisition, account management, team leadership, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations and global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ocean, air & project cargo.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Collaborate with overseas offices to generate cross-trade business.
  • Conduct market analysis and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with pricing, operations, and service teams for efficient delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and project logistics.
  • Excellent client networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Logistics (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales & marketing.
  • Experience handling ocean, air & project cargo for multinational clients.
