We are a freight forwarding company in the UAE and are hiring a Sales Executive with proven freight forwarding sales experience only.

- Freight forwarding sales experience is mandatory
- Applicants outside the UAE will NOT be considered
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding in the UAE
- Hands-on sales background (not operations, not customer service)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Ability to generate business independently (cold calls, meetings, networking)
- Own client portfolio is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working with KPIs, monthly targets, and performance tracking
- Immediate joiners preferred
What You Will Do
- Actively sell land, sea, and air freight services
- Generate new business via cold calling, meetings, and client visits
- Build and manage your own customer portfolio
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms
- Work closely with operations and carriers to deliver sold services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Take full ownership of your sales results
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven experience in cold sales and B2B logistics sales
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and customs procedures
- High level of self-discipline and accountability for results
Compensation: Base salary + commission (negotiable, strictly performance-based).
