Freight Manager

Location : Sheraton/ Cairo

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize freight operations, both locally and internationally.
• Supervise shipping teams and ensure efficient execution of all operations.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule shipments and delivery timelines.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze shipping metrics, and optimize processes.
• Resolve any shipping issues or delays promptly and communicate with all relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and legal requirements for each shipment.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience as a Freight Manager or in freight and logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international shipping.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital systems for freight and logistics management.
