In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily freight coordination, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a communication bridge between drivers, dispatch, and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Support scheduling and coordination of freight shipments and transportation activities
• Monitor and track loads, updating shipment status in dispatch systems
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers regarding schedules and delivery updates
• Prepare and manage essential freight documents (Bills of Lading, delivery receipts, work orders, etc.)
• Assist with load planning and route coordination to maximize efficiency
• Help resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or missing paperwork
• Maintain organized and accurate freight records
• Support daily dispatch and operations tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (logistics or transportation education is a plus)
• Experience in freight, dispatch, logistics, transportation, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (experience with dispatch/logistics software is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
