Position Overview

This position focuses on freight planning and movement tracking, ensuring consistent visibility into shipments and supporting operational coordination. Fresno candidates are prioritized for hybrid collaboration, but fully remote participation is supported nationwide. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to learn in a structured dispatch environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with freight planning and load scheduling activities

Track shipments from origin to destination and maintain updates in systems

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Communicate delivery updates, delays, and exceptions to relevant parties

Support coordination of multiple shipments simultaneously

Monitor workflow and ensure timely escalation of issues

Contribute to improving operational efficiency and tracking accuracy

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to follow structured operational processes

Time management and accountability

No prior experience required; full training provided

Work Environment
