Key Responsibilities

Plan and track shipments to maintain operational accuracy

Maintain detailed documentation of load assignments, routing, and delivery schedules

Communicate shipment updates, delays, and exceptions to internal teams

Support workflow processes and assist with operational planning

Identify issues affecting delivery or routing and escalate to management

Collaborate with Oregon-based systems to maintain efficient operations

Recommend process improvements to optimize freight planning and coordination

Qualifications
