Freight Sales Specialist

Description

We are hiring 5 experienced Sales Specialists (primary focus) to drive carrier onboarding and freight sales through relationship building, lead generation, and deal closing. We are also seeking 1 experienced Independent Freight Dispatcher for onsite logistics coordination. These are permanent, long-term positions with a 6-month renewable contract. Sales roles prioritize proven experience in trucking/freight sales; fresher’s with fluent English and strong sales potential may be considered.

Sales-driven professionals – unlimited earning potential through performance! Key Responsibilities Sales Specialists (5 Positions):

• Identify and onboard new carriers/owner-operators. 

• Cold calling, networking, and closing deals. 

• Build sales relationships with carriers/brokers. 

• Achieve monthly targets (min. 2 onboardings and load conduct). 

• Collaborate with dispatch for smooth operations. 

Freight Dispatcher (1 Position):

• Book loads via load boards; negotiate rates. 

• Plan routes, handle documentation, track shipments. 

• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and driver communication. 

Dispatcher (Mandatory Experience):

• At least 1 year in freight dispatching/load booking. 

• Strong knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop), rates, and regulations. 

Compensation & Benefits Sales Specialists:

• 80,000 PKR/month (includes commission for 2 successful onboardings and load conduct). 

• +25,000 PKR per additional sale (unlimited potential). 

Dispatcher:

• Competitive basic + commission (details in interview).
