Job Purpose

• Ensure efficient, accurate stocking, rotation, and organizing of merchandise in the store by unloading freight deliveries, replenishing, and maintaining a clean and orderly backroom and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process freight in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.

• Accurately receive incoming products, including dating, organizing, and checking for accuracy and damage.

• Stage products for efficient delivery to the sales floor.

• Maintain organized backstock and a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Stand for long periods and complete tasks that require repetitive lifting and bending.

• Use basic math skills for inventory management.

• Perform light janitorial tasks daily.

• Execute other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

Preferred Experience/Skills & Abilities

• Experience in handling and processing freight in a retail or warehouse environment.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

• Familiarity with inventory management and stock rotation processes.

• Ability to assist customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Capability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require repetitive lifting and bending.

• Proficiency in basic math skills for effective inventory management.

• Competence in performing light janitorial tasks daily.

• Ability to maintain an organized backstock and a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.

• Flexibility to perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

• Ability to have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.

• Ability to be reliable, punctual, self-motivated and have a sincere desire to help customers gain optimal health of body and mind through exceptional service.

• Part-time or Full-time, 29 - 38 hours a week, minimum 4 days a week, availability Sunday through Saturday.
