Job Description

We are looking for a Freight/Truck Dispatcher to join our growing US Dispatch Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing drivers, booking loads, negotiating with brokers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads from DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Communicate with brokers and negotiate best possible rates.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate load records and update tracking systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and shippers.

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift (US hours) – e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT
