QuickfirmX is hiring Customer Service Advisors for IGT Solutions – French-speaking accounts based in Maadi, Cairo.

Job Role
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in French.
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Follow internal company procedures and performance standards.
- Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality KPIs.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Build strong rapport with customers and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
- French Language Level: Minimum B2/B2+ or C1
- English Language Level: Minimum B1
- Education: Graduates only
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Maadi, Cairo
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Ready to start immediately
Shifts & Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (24/7), flexibility required
- 8 working hours per day + 1-hour break
