French IB Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced French Language Trainer with expertise in teaching the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum – MYP, Abintion & DP levels. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, proven experience in guiding students across international curricula, and a passion for helping learners build fluency, cultural understanding, and exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive French lessons aligned with the IB curriculum (MYP & DP).
• Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments tailored to individual learning needs.
• Guide students in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills with a focus on IB exam requirements.
• Foster critical thinking, cultural appreciation, and confidence in using French in academic and real-world contexts.
• Provide constructive feedback, track student progress, and maintain open communication with parents/stakeholders.
• Prepare students for internal assessments (IA), oral exams, and final IB examinations.
• Stay updated with the latest IB framework, assessment patterns, and teaching methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in French Language, Literature, or Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching French in IB (MYP & DP & Abintiio)
• Strong understanding of IB assessment criteria, IA/EE guidance, and exam preparation.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural teaching skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons for diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Tech-savvy with experience in online teaching platforms (if remote).

Preferred Qualifications

• IB certified / trained French teacher.
• Experience with other international curricula (Cambridge IGCSE, A Levels, AP) is a plus.
• Proven track record of students scoring high in IB French.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹13,522.44 - ₹41,474.78 per month
