About Us:
Color Me French Preschool is a French immersion preschool dedicated to inspiring curiosity, creativity, and care for the world around us. We are a small community of 19 children (ages 2–5).

Our program is deeply influenced by The arts, Reggio and Montessori principles, children work in small, mixed-age groups and explore academics through hands-on experiences. We also offer music, yoga, cooking, and nature-based learning as part of our weekly rhythm.

We spent time in the nearby GG park twice a week

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5 days or 4 days per week — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Start Date: Flexible

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $75, 000-$80,000 per year depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities for the children following a progressive approach to education, implement autonomous activities, as well, as nature based activities in the parc.
• You must know how to plan a curriculum, for children 2-5 , in mixed age setting.
• Observe and evaluate each child’s progress
• Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
• Maintain communication with parents through our app.
• Be available for parent conferences
• Attend staff meetings, training and school functions
• Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
• Commit to our program

Who are you?

• Speak French, Native close to native
• You have a valid working visa ( we do not offer sponsoring)
• Priority given to those with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development,
• Flexible and enthusiastic. Love what you do... seriously, REALLY love it.

• Knowledge of Reggio/Montessori/ education nationale Approach to teaching and learning.

• At least 3 years of experience working with children in a licensed child care/educational environment.
