As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. You will manage leads, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.

This is a commission-based role, ideal for ambitious and driven individuals looking to grow in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads (buyers, sellers, tenants)
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Coordinate with Admin and Marketing teams
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate regulations and market trends
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (mandatory)
• English communication skills required
• Previous real estate experience in UAE
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Presentable and professional
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Available for immediate joining (urgent)
