French Speaking Video Editor - Contract

Looking for someone to edit an ongoing series of health and nutrition focused youtube videos, approx 10-15 hours per week. Need to be fluent in french and english, and have a strong knowledge of adobe premiere. Rate between 27-35 an hr based on experience. A vested interest in plant based diets and nutrition is super helpful for this role, so please explain how that relates to you! US based contractors only.
