Job Description
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a well-reputed university.
- Open to recent graduates from the Classes of 2024 and 2025 with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Should have foundational knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- Must be familiar with relevant design codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.).
- Must possess strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Should be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must have strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
- Should demonstrate leadership potential through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Must maintain a strong academic record.
- Should be capable of working effectively with team members at all organizational levels.
- Must have excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
