Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and passionate Product Manager to lead and manage our poultry product portfolio. You will be responsible for planning and executing product strategies, launching new products, conducting market research, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the poultry pharmaceutical product portfolio.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research, product positioning, and competitor analysis.
• Develop marketing tools, sales support content, and training materials.
• Coordinate with sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure product success.
• Translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the poultry pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, marketing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
