• Complete design of molds (i.e. 3D and 2D drawings, mold flow analysis) to meet the current state-of-the art technology
• Provide technical support to manufacturing to build molds and solve problems, implement quality programs and efficiency improvement
• Complete First Article Inspections with CMM equipment for new mold and components
• Coordinate major repair or rebuild of production molds
• Provide cost estimates for molds and dies to satisfy customer quotation requirements
• Maintain electronic documentation for all molds, dies and fixtures
• Performs other duties as assigned

• B.S. Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical.
• Five or more years mold design, tool/die making, or manufacturing molding experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software is required.
• Experience with CAM, as well as Moldmaking experience with CNC machine shop equipment, milling, grinding and wire EDM, is a plus.
• Excellent project management, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• English Language is highly preferred.
