Fresh Food Manager

The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Fresh Food Manager to lead and grow our Fresh category (Bakery, Produce, Dairy, and Meat). This role owns category performance, supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, and margin optimization while ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, experience in retail fresh categories, and a proven ability to drive sales, control waste, and enhance customer experience. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fresh Food / FMCG retail with strong commercial exposure. - Proven track record in category management, supplier negotiations, and margin optimization. - Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. - Good knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.
