Fresh Food Manager – Hypermarket

A reputed hypermarket chain expanding operations in Qatar is looking for an experienced and dynamic Fresh Food Manager to join our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Fresh Food Department operations
• Handle Bakery, Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy, Frozen, Meat & Fish sections
• Ensure product freshness, hygiene, and merchandising standards
• Monitor sales, shrinkage, stock levels, and wastage control
• Lead and supervise department staff
• Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance
• Improve customer satisfaction and departmental profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of hypermarket/supermarket experience
• Minimum 2 years in a Fresh Food Manager role
• GCC retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership and inventory management skills
• Good knowledge of food safety and merchandising
• Excellent communication and team handling abilities
