What You’ll Do

• Spend 2-3 months in one department (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, or Accounting)
• Rotate to another department for the next 2-3 months to broaden your skillset
• Work on real projects that impact the business
• Collaborate with international teammates and clients
• Receive 1:1 mentorship and continuous performance feedback
• Learn how modern digital businesses operate across time zones and markets
