Synorise is expanding its B2B Sales Team. We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Executive with a background in Civil Engineering and fresh to 1 year of experience in sales.

About Synorise

We are a trusted provider of premium pre-construction estimation services to construction companies across the USA. Unlike traditional call centers, our core operations focus on delivering accurate, timely, and professional estimates that help our clients win high-value construction projects.

About the Campaign

This is a B2B Estimation Campaign focused on cold-calling construction contractors and firms across the U.S., introducing them to our services, building strong client relationships, and closing valuable deals. This is a consultative sales role—not a standard call center position.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sales mindset
• Willing to work night shift hours aligned with US time zones

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads in the US construction market
• Conduct outreach via cold calls
• Present and explain Synorise’s estimation services to potential clients
• Understand client needs in pre-construction estimating
• Build long-term relationships and manage the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal estimation teams for proposal development
• Meet monthly sales targets and report progress regularly
