Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Synorise is expanding its B2B Sales Team and is looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer who is interested in starting a career in international B2B sales for the U.S. construction market.

About Synorise

We are a trusted provider of premium pre-construction estimation services to construction companies across the USA. Unlike traditional call centers, our operations focus on delivering accurate, timely, and professional estimates that help our clients win high-value construction projects.

About the Campaign

This is a B2B Estimation Campaign where you will connect with construction contractors and firms across the U.S. through cold outreach, introduce them to our services, build strong client relationships, and help close valuable deals.

This is a consultative B2B cost bidding ,cost estimation role.

Ideal Candidate

• Fresh Graduate in Civil Engineering or any other field
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, client communication, and business development
• Willing to work night shift aligned with U.S. time zones

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in the U.S. construction market
• Conduct B2B cold calls to contractors and construction companies
• Present and explain Synorise’s estimation services
• Understand client needs in pre-construction estimating
• Build long-term client relationships
• Manage and update the project pipeline
• Coordinate with the internal estimation team for proposal development
