Fresh Graduate / Non-Experienced Dentist – Call Center Executive

We are looking for a fresh graduate or non-experienced FEMALE ARABIC SPEAKER DENTIST or any MEDICAL BACKGROUND to join our team as a Call Center Executive.

This role is ideal for a new dental graduate who wants to gain hands-on clinical exposure, understand patient flow, and build communication skills in a professional medical environment.

Your main responsibility is to call new leads immediately, provide basic dental information, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact new leads as soon as they arrive
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments
• Provide basic dental information (implants, veneers, cleaning, aligners, etc.)
• Follow up with potential patients
• Maintain accurate lead and booking records
• Coordinate with the front desk and dental team
• Deliver professional and friendly communication at all times

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate dentist (no prior experience needed)
• Arabic speaker – mandatory
• Own visa – mandatory
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, proactive, and fast in calling
• Good command of English
• Ability to explain treatments in simple terms
• Willing to learn and grow
