Fresh Graduate – Inbound Call Center

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented fresh graduates to join our inbound call center team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in customer service within a dynamic call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely, accurate information.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
• Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

Shift Timings:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Location:

• Near Wapda Town, Evercare Hospital

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates from any discipline.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn call center software.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work in any shift.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
