Role & Responsibilities:


  • Coordination with the departments of the Office to complete and deliver the operational plan and the estimated budget of activities on time.
  • Continue to receive reports prepared from departments and prepare reports on activities and projects in accordance with the reporting system adopted by the Office.
  • Ensure that the work procedures of the departments of the Office are conducted in a manner that is in keeping with the standards of the excellence awards and internal awards, and follow up on the improvement opportunities for all feedback reports.
  • Coordination with departments to update the risk register in cooperation with the Internal Audit Department.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the work procedures of all departments with the management of institutional excellence.
  • Organizing coordination meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the department in coordination with departments to see (best practices - standard comparisons).
  • Follow up on the topics, inquiries received and complaints about the office and make sure that they are answered.
  • Coordination with other Departments.
  • Perform any other administrative functions as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree.
