Coordination with the departments of the Office to complete and deliver the operational plan and the estimated budget of activities on time.
Continue to receive reports prepared from departments and prepare reports on activities and projects in accordance with the reporting system adopted by the Office.
Ensure that the work procedures of the departments of the Office are conducted in a manner that is in keeping with the standards of the excellence awards and internal awards, and follow up on the improvement opportunities for all feedback reports.
Coordination with departments to update the risk register in cooperation with the Internal Audit Department.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the work procedures of all departments with the management of institutional excellence.
Organizing coordination meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the department in coordination with departments to see (best practices - standard comparisons).
Follow up on the topics, inquiries received and complaints about the office and make sure that they are answered.
Coordination with other Departments.
Perform any other administrative functions as needed.
