Job Title: IT Fresh Graduate – Bidding & Tendering

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT fresh graduate to join our team and be trained in bidding and tendering processes. The candidate will support the preparation of proposals, documentation, and coordination for IT projects, while gaining hands-on experience in the commercial and technical aspects of IT tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders
• Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information
• Support in preparing documentation, reports, and submissions
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, and tender documents
• Conduct basic research on products, services, and market requirements
• Ensure deadlines for submissions are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology
• Willingness to learn bidding and tendering processes

Preference will be given to hire Bahraini Nationals
