(Fresh Graduates) Technician (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) – Saudi Nationals

Job Description

GUMACO is seeking motivated and dedicated Saudi technicians to join our technical team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career technicians who are eager to develop their skills in the industrial sector and gain hands-on experience in industrial machinery, automation systems, maintenance, and technical support.

The selected candidates will receive practical training and mentorship while working alongside experienced engineers and technicians on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and properly.
• Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
• Provide on-site technical support when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related technical fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of experience.
• Saudi National.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices in industrial environments.
