Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Fresh Real Estate Agent based in El-Sheikh Zayed . The ideal candidate is a motivated recent graduate eager to start a career in real estate. No prior experience is required — comprehensive training, mentorship, and support will be provided.

As a Real Estate Agent, you'll learn how to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, manage client relationships, conduct property tours, and build a strong foundation in sales and market analysis.


Qualifications


  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property
  • Sales experience and skills in negotiating property deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist clients in finding properties that match their needs and budget
  • Conduct property tours and support senior agents in negotiations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Learn and stay updated on current market trends and real estate developments
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and ongoing coaching
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in real estate and client-focused sales
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentable, professional, and reliable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • No prior real estate experience required – training is provided
