To support industrial engineering activities by assisting in time study, method study, productivity improvement, and basic case study analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste in manufacturing processes.
Required Knowledge & SkillsTechnical Knowledge

- Understanding of case study preparation (problem → analysis → solution → result)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting Time Study using stopwatch or basic work measurement techniques
- Support Method Study to analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes
- Collect shop-floor data related to cycle time, manpower, machine utilization, and layout
- Prepare basic case studies on productivity improvement, line balancing, or process optimization
- Assist in work standardization and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support line balancing and manpower planning activities
- Identify non–value-added activities and suggest improvements
- Prepare basic reports using Excel / MS Office
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Follow safety and company procedures on the shop floor
