Salary:

₹4.80 LPA – ₹8.40 LPA (Based on qualification, interview performance, and site exposure)

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented Fresher Civil Engineers (Diploma / B.Tech) for ongoing Mumbai–Pune Road Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, measurement work, and coordination with contractors.

This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to build their career in highway and road construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (AICTE approved institute)
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (Internship in road/highway projects preferred)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Willingness to work on project sites along the Mumbai–Pune stretch

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day road construction activities
• Monitor daily progress and prepare reports
• Coordinate with labor teams and subcontractors

2. Quality Control

• Assist in material testing (Concrete, Asphalt, Aggregates, etc.)
• Ensure work execution as per drawings and project specifications
• Maintain required quality standards at site

3. Measurement & Billing

• Measure work quantities as per BOQ
• Assist in preparation of RA bills
• Maintain quantity calculations and site records

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with site safety standards
• Monitor PPE usage and participate in toolbox meetings
• Maintain proper project documentation

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Support Project Manager and Senior Engineers
• Assist in client/consultant coordination and meetings

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of road construction processes (GSB, WMM, Bituminous layers)
• Good communication skills
• Strong learning attitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to site conditions
