We Hired HR Fresher Female Executive with Good Communication Skill in English and Tamil ,languages

Role: HR Executive
Responsibility:-

- Managing the candidate Data

- Recruiting the New Candidates for Training Events

- Schedule the Training Event Time for Registred Candidate

- Receiving the Reference from Register Candidate

- Shortlisting the Valid candidate and Schedule Interview for IT company

- Search New Company from Different Location (Chennai and Bangalore etc..)

- Co-Ordinating the Old Clients

- Recruiting the Employees, Consulting Work

Salary Details

Compensation:

For these first 3 months, they will be getting 15,000 to 18000 INR as a salary

After the successful completion of 3 months 18,000 INR( salary(yearly once Hike) +
6,000 INR (Incentive) + 25,000 (Annual Bonus)

Total CTC 2,94,000 INR

Incentive : Based on Performance
