Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Overview

We are looking for freshly graduated female candidates to join our healthcare operations team as Medical Billing Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in English and have basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, and are willing to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) processes
• Enter and review billing data accurately in billing systems
• Work on insurance claims and basic follow-ups
• Maintain and update patient and billing records
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related tasks
• Use MS Excel for basic data entry, reports, and record management
• Communicate professionally where required (basic call center interaction)

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree completed)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Basic knowledge and practical use of MS Excel
• Must have basic call center experience (even minimal experience is acceptable)
• Permanent resident of Lahore
• Must not be a student
• Willingness to work night shifts
