Fresher Sales Consultant

DNC Consultancy is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. This is a performance-based job opportunity ideal for fresher candidates who have basic computer knowledge and a strong desire to kickstart a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent post-sales support and service.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and DNC Consultancy's offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
• Leads will be given: DNC Consultancy has a huge number of leads database, all leads will be provided by the company

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for fresher candidates.
• Knows how to understand and speak English
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willing to start immediately (1 to 3 days)
