Fresher Python + JavaScript/TypeScript Developer (0-2 Years)
Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Full-Stack Developer (0-2 Years) with foundational knowledge in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to join our growing development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level developer to work on exciting projects while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing backend services and APIs using Python frameworks.
• Support frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement features across the full technology stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback to improve coding skills.
• Help with database design and implementation using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Assist in API integration and testing to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend.
• Support debugging and troubleshooting issues across different layers of the application.
• Contribute to documentation and maintain technical specifications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.

Required Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Python programming and understanding of core concepts.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ features.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Basic familiarity with at least one Python web framework.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Understanding of RESTful API concepts and JSON data handling.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of the Frappe framework is a plus.
• Academic projects or internship experience with full-stack development.
• Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with modern development tools and build processes.
• Knowledge of software testing principles.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Demonstrated interest in full-stack development through personal projects, coursework, or internships.
• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and data structures.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

• Dahisar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
