We are hiring a Freight Broker to connect shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Match loads with carriers considering routes, pricing, and capacity
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms
• Prepare contracts and shipping documents
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Stay updated on market trends and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in freight brokerage/logistics (OTR & Drayage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
