Key Responsibilities

Credit Executive:

• Review and verify customer documents for loan processing
• Conduct basic credit checks
• Coordinate with customers for required information
• Maintain accurate data and records

HR Executive:

• Support recruitment and candidate coordination
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Assist with onboarding documentation
• Handle basic employee queries

Collection Executive:

• Call customers regarding pending payments
• Provide information about due dates and repayment options
• Update payment status in the system
• Maintain follow-up records professionally
