FRESHERS - MDICAL BILLING

We are hiring fresh graduates for an International Voice & Non Voice Process Medical Billing role. This position involves interacting with international clients and insurance companies over calls to support medical billing and insurance-related queries. No prior experience is required, as complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive international calls related to medical billing and insurance.
• Communicate with insurance providers to check claim status and payment details.
• Assist in resolving billing-related queries professional.
• Update and maintain accurate call and claim information in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards (HIPAA).
• Meet quality and performance targets after training

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate freshers welcome.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in night shifts / US time zones.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in core tools like MS Office
