We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, property, and building strong client relationships. You will manage leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals while enjoying full company support and marketing resources.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert leads from clients and company sources
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate and close sales or leasing deals
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Stay up-to-date with property listings, market trends, and developer projects
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Sales or real estate experience preferred but motivated newcomers are welcome
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Professional and presentable
- English required (other languages are a plus)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
