Friday-Sunday Bartender (Part-time)

We are looking for a Part-Time Bartender for our on-property restaurant, Fork & Spoke located inside of Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Seattle. The set schedule includes Friday-Sunday evenings, from 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Our restaurant boasts a casual setting featuring American cuisine and local cocktails.

What you will be doing

Approach and serve all guests in a sincere, courteous manner. and whenever possible, go the extra mile for our guests | Prepare to open and close the bar according to operational policies and standards to ensure guest comfort | Maintain knowledge about all menu items and beverages | Completes stocking and organizing all liquor, juices, glassware, paper, wines, etc.

The ideal candidate for this position

At least one year of related education, training and/or experience | Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks | Adheres to all local and national liquor laws | Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
