Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated FRM (Fellow in Reproductive Medicine) to join our IVF and Fertility Center. The candidate will be involved in clinical management of infertility patients, assisted reproductive procedures, and coordination with the IVF team under senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage infertility cases (male & female)
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and treatment planning
• Perform and assist in IVF/ICSI/IUI procedures
• Monitor ovarian stimulation cycles and follicular tracking
• Handle OPD, counseling, and documentation
• Coordinate with embryology, nursing, and OT teams
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports
• Participate in audits, case discussions, and quality improvement activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS with FRM (Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine)
• Valid Medical Council registration
• Sound knowledge of IVF protocols and fertility treatments
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IVF cycle management
• Hands-on exposure to ART procedures
• Familiarity with EMR / clinical software
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
