Front Counter / Coffee & Deli Team Member

Dutch Oven Bakery is looking for a dependable, friendly, hard-working team member to join our front-of-house staff. This position includes customer service, coffee drink preparation, deli service, cleaning, and stocking duties in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages
• Assist customers at the deli counter and prepare simple deli items
• Stock bakery cases, coffee supplies, and retail items
• Keep dining area, counters, and workstations clean and organized
• Help maintain a smooth, efficient flow during busy periods
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming customer experience

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with customers and handling food
• Willing to clean and stay busy during slower times
• Coffee or food service experience is helpful, but not required — we will train the right person

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time available
• Weekend availability preferred
• Morning and daytime shifts
