Mirin Fusion Kitchen is a locally loved Asian fusion restaurant where comfort, great flavors, and friendly service come together. We’re excited to bring our newest location to Aiken and are looking for friendly, motivated, and honest individuals to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Front Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Mirin Fusion Kitchen. You’ll greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, prepare milk teas and other beverages, deliver meals to tables, and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining area. You’ll also work closely with your teammates to ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer questions, make menu recommendations, and provide exceptional service
Take orders and handle payments accurately and efficiently
Prepare milk teas and other beverages according to recipes
Deliver food to tables with care and attention
Clean and restock workstations; ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area (wipe tables, sweep floors, collect trays, etc.)
Support your team and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment
Stand for the entire shift and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Share your creativity and ideas to help improve the service and products of Mirin Aiken

Requirements

Honest, friendly, and motivated attitude
Pleasant, polite manner with a neat, clean appearance
Respectful and positive toward guests and coworkers
Attention to detail in daily tasks and service interactions
Basic math and phone app skills (for POS system and mobile orders)
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical requirements: prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting items up to 50lbs, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Authorized to work in the U.S.
